Welcome and thank you for choosing Jayelle Esthetics here are my policies and information about your up coming appointment. 

Please do not come in until your appointment time. NO EXTRA PEOPLE and kids are not allowed at all. I do not accept any other form of payment outside of CASH. 

Example: total $70. Deposit $15. Your remaining balance is $55. I do not keep change, you will need to bring the correct amount in cash unless leaving a tip.

If you call me and say “hey I’m gonna be late can I still come?” Even if I say yes, I’m assuming that you have read my policies and my late fees still apply! If you say "Hey I want to add glitter" THATS AN UPGRADE FROM NATURAL GLAM TO HIGH GLAM AND YOU WILL PAY THE DIFFERENCE.

All Retainers/Deposits are non-refundable and non-negotiable

A retainer/deposit of $15 of the desired service is required in order to secure appointment and will be credited towards your TOTAL. If you cannot make it to your appointment, please notify me within 24 hours of the actual appointment time. If notified in a timely manner, deposits can now be applied toward a new appointment if scheduled within 30 days. This does not apply to same day cancellations, no shows, or clients missing an appointments due to lateness. Clients are only allowed to reschedule an appointment upon prior notice once. Any rescheduling after the first attempt is null and void. APPOINTMENTS MUST BE RESCHEDULED WITHIN A MONTH OF PRIOR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. AND NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO RECEIVE THE CREDIT OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL CLIENT. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival. I am located in Spartanburg South Carolina at a SALON SUITE as of August 2022!!

The exact address will be sent in your confirmation email. PLEASE CHECK AND READ EMAILS BEFORE REACHING OUT TO GET THE ADDRESS. Also check your junk folder. All appointments are first come, first serve. There are no discounts. Pricing is non negotiable and no one is excluded. NO ONE. IF YOU ARE LATE, YOU WILL PAY LATE FEES. PLEASE DO NOT CALL, TEXT, OR EMAIL MULTIPLE TIMES YOU WILL RECEIVE THIS INFO AUTOMATICALLY THE DAY BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Travel inquiries are only available for large bridal parties. Please contact me at least a month prior so that I can schedule accordingly. Traveling for anything else is NOT available. I only travel for a minimum of $1500 total. Remaining balances are due the morning of BEFORE service in one payment. Room, board, and travel fees are to be taken care of prior to the date of service. This is not included in pay for destination weddings. Please be respectful of my time, NUMBER OF INDIVIDUALS, and be honest about timing with wedding parties.  

Please visit my gallery before booking and look at my current work. I ask this because every makeup artist is different and we all have our own style. I try very hard to give my clients the look that they are going for but sadly I have found that I cannot please everyone. Please be respectful. I give each one of you the upmost respect and I would like the same in return. If you are booking for someone else please stress this. Rude or disrespectful clients will not be tolerated at all no the matter age. You will be asked to leave. Please do not be a difficult client. If you are asked to position yourself or put your phone down, it is so that I can give you the best service possible. These simple directions can effect the outcome of your makeup. If you are a bride, please stress this to the entire wedding party. I will not work in a hostile environment and if I feel threatened, I will have to remove myself. My safety is just as important as your service. I understand that a lot of you have had some unpleasant experiences before. All I ask is that if you choose to book, please give me the opportunity to change that! Thank you.

Courtesy Rules

· Please no kids or extra people unless they are also being serviced

. Please come with your brows groomed and remove all unwanted facial hair. THIS IS A MUST. Ungroomed brows will be an extra $10. I am a brand and I take small details serious. This will effect the outcome of your look and I do not always have time to clean them up for you. Please take care of it before your appointment.

· A late fee of $20 will be added if more than 10 minutes late, no exclusions please be respectful of my time and other clients with scheduled appointments. If more than 20 minutes late with no prior notice, your appointment will be cancelled indefinitely.

· No calls or text before 8am or after 7pm

Early hour appointments can be made upon requests and an extra charge will be applied.

***There will be no more appointments booked via social media. No exceptions! Saturdays are my busiest days so please reach out before your appointment for information needed. I am not able to respond back to back. PLEASE DO NOT CALL ME ON SATURDAYS UNLESS YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AND IT IS IMPORTANT. It is your responsibility to be on time. If you are needing to change an appointment for a later date, Saturdays are not the day! Also, if you have been a no call no show more than once, you will not be able to book an appointment again.
